FundScrip is a revolutionary new type of loyalty program that helps you save for your children's post-secondary education while also earning funds for your choice of schools and nonprofit groups. To do this, we need to know certain information about you and your children, so that we can properly administer our business and to allocate your earnings as you have instructed.

We at FundScrip know that many people are concerned about privacy and the security of their personal information, and we want you to know that we take your privacy very seriously and make it our priority to protect it. That commitment involves explaining how we handle your personal information so that you understand our program and have complete confidence that we are taking your privacy concerns to heart.

This statement covers all of our information handling practices for FundStream Inc., the company that offers and manages the FundScrip program.

The FundScrip Privacy Policy informs you of our policy on privacy, and tells you about the ways we ensure that your privacy and the confidentiality of your information are protected. FundScrip and its parent, FundStream, Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time without advance notice and encourages you to review such policies regularly. Use of this site is also governed by website terms and conditions contained in the Member's Agreement which you should review prior to using the site.

1. Collecting and Using Information

   This Privacy Code and Policy explains the purposes for which we collect information from or about you. If we wish to obtain information for any purpose not set out in this Privacy Code and Policy, we will explain how we intend to use it at the time of collecting such information. We will limit the information we collect to what we need for those purposes, and we will use it only for those purposes. We will obtain your consent if we wish to use your information for any other purpose. If you wish to optout of any use of your information or to withdraw your consent, you may do so at any time by following the procedures set out below and we will not use that information for such purposes. As part of providing you with the FundScrip Program, we may obtain personal information from the following sources:

• Information you provide to us on registration, applications and other forms, that you otherwise enter on our web site, or that you provide to us in writing. • Information from your transactions with us, our affiliates and your purchase information through the FundScrip program.

We use the information we obtain in order to develop, offer and deliver our products and services, to process your transactions, and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers (including advising our Members about our services and other opportunities) and to administer our business.

What information does FundScrip collect, and why?

Enrollment Information. To set up your membership with FundScrip, you will need to provide certain contact information, such as your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. In addition, you will need to specify which schools' or nonprofit groups' programs you wish to participate in. Lastly, you will need to tell us which children you are registering in the FundScrip program, their ages and, if they have an RESP account, the account information so that we may transfer your earnings to your designated RESP accounts.

This information will also allow us to properly fulfill your orders, transfer your Reward Dollars to the RESP accounts you designate and to contact you about new opportunities to earn FundScrip Reward Dollars, unless you opt out of receiving these messages.

Certificate Orders and Online Retailer Purchases. As a FundScrip Member, you can earn Reward Dollars towards your choice of schools and nonprofit groups while saving for your children's RESPs by shopping with our participating companies. When you order FundScrip certificates we ask you for certain information, including which certificates you want, in what quantities and as how you want your order delivered.

You can also earn reward dollars by shopping through one of our participating online retailers. When you make an online purchase with one of our online Participating Companies, we track your purchases in order to properly calculate your earnings and allocate your earnings as you have instructed.

The information we collect is used expressly to administer our business, to ensure proper delivery of your orders, to calculate your FundScrip Reward Dollar earnings and to properly allocate those earnings according to your instructions.

Your FundScrip Account Information. We will maintain records to keep track of the earnings you accumulate from your purchases with our participating companies. You can use our website to view your FundScrip account balances and recent account activities, and update your account profile.

Registered Educational Savings Plan (RESP) Account Information. When you register for the FundScrip program, you may specify information pertaining to any existing RESP accounts you may already have. We use this information in conjunction with the RESP administrators you have specified to ensure that funds are properly transferred to your account. This sharing of information is required to manage your account. Additionally, we may use this demographic information (such as your children's date of birth) to contact you about relevant earning opportunities, unless you opt out of receiving such messages.

Use of Cookies and other Technologies

Our web servers place and read "cookies" on our site's visitors' computers for a variety of purposes. Cookies are small data files that are stored on an Internet user's computer by a web server. One important use of cookies is to help identify you while you are logged in to the FundScrip site. We, certain third parties who host portions of our web site, and certain advertising affiliates or others employ cookies and/or small pieces of code known as "web beacons" or "clear gifs" that, on an anonymous basis, count users that have visited a page that contains these web beacons. We may use web beacons to help us better manage content on our site and to determine which content is effective. In addition, third party advertising affiliates and others may use web beacons to help us track the effectiveness of our advertisements placed on third party web sites. Web beacons on our site are not used to collect personally identifiable information about our customers. How does FundScrip use my information?

Management of Your Account. When you become a member, we use your contact and transaction data to manage your account.

Use of Third Parties for Fulfillment Purposes. We may use certain third parties to provide marketing and administrative services, such as keeping track of your orders and purchases, analyzing data or delivering special FundScrip Reward Dollar earning offers to you on our behalf or on behalf of our participating companies. Third parties may also be used to help us administer our online rewards programs. In order to obtain these services, we may need to share certain personally identifiable information about our members. However, these third parties will be bound by legal agreements to not use or disclose the information we provide them for any purpose other than to perform the requested service.

On occasion, contests, sweepstakes or surveys on our web site may be co-sponsored by FundScrip and another company, or may be sponsored by companies other than FundScrip. Some or all of the data collected through these contests, sweepstakes or surveys may be shared with the sponsor(s) or companies indicated on the entry form. If such data will be shared, then there will be a notice prior to the time of data collection or transfer.

Notification About other FundScrip Reward Opportunities. We offer you the chance to maximize your earnings through new opportunities made available to you on our site and, unless you opt out of receiving them, through email or mail. We may use information about you to provide you offers tailored to your interests. Sometimes, we send offers to selected groups of members on behalf of our contributing companies. When we do this, we do not give the contributing company your name and address. If you do not want to receive offers from contributing companies, you may opt out of receiving them.

Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may also provide aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about our members to third parties for audit, marketing and other purposes. Because aggregated data is not associated with any particular person, these third parties will not have access to any personally identifiable information about you or your children.

You may access and update information stored in your account profile by visiting the FundScrip site. Please keep your contact, account, and preference information up-to-date. Doing so ensures that your contributions are properly tracked and received. It also helps us inform you of new contributing companies who may help you boost your college savings.

Through our various online offerings, we may provide links to third-party websites, such as those of our contributing companies or our RESP Partners. Each of these sites may have separate privacy and different data-collection practices from FundScrip, and we are not responsible for the actions or practices of these third parties, nor for the content on these sites. Finally, please remember that when you shop or do any other business with any of our participating companies, any information you provide to them is subject to their own privacy and data collection practices, for which FundScrip is not responsible.

Business Transfers and Changes to This Privacy Statement
If there is a change of control in FundScrip's business (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise), its customer information could be sold as part of that transaction and your personally identifying information potentially could be used by the purchaser. We will notify you via prominent notice on the FundScrip site for 30 days prior to such a change of ownership or control of your personal information, or prior to the implementation of any material change in this statement or our information-handling practices as described in this statement. Security of Your Personal Information

FundScrip is committed to earning and keeping your trust. We understand the need for our customers' personal information to remain secure and private, and we have deployed industry-recognized safeguards that meet federal standards for the protection of your personal information, including: monitoring for intrusion attempts; SSL (Secure Socket Layer), data, and password encryption technology; firewalls and systems monitoring; and security audits and inspections. Only authorized employees have access to customer information.

Please remember that you also play a valuable part in data security. You should never share your FundScrip password with anyone. If you feel your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately. After you have finished using our site, you should log out of your FundScrip account and exit your browser so that no unauthorized persons can use our site under your name and account information.

Collection of Information from Children.

None of FundScrip's products or services are intended for purchase by children. Accordingly, FundScrip does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
