The new site has all the same features and capabilities as the old site (with a couple of minor exceptions noted below), but it looks different and there are many improvements and new features that will make you and your supporters’ FundScrip experience much better.

Here are some highlights:
>> Ordering:
- View retailers by province – only cards that are accepted in your province will be displayed (of course, you can change the province easily, if you like)
- View retailers by Category – filter retailers by Category making it easier to navigate our growing list of participating retailers
- Search Retailers – do a search on the name of a retailer you are looking for
- Promotions – see a list of retailers on promotion in your province featured on their own page
- Card Images – view the actual card being ordered – for many banners, the card is not the same as the banner
- Can be used at – see the other retailers where the cards you buy are accepted (by province)
- Order Summary – To make ordering easier than ever, the site has an omnipresent Order Summary that always remembers the details of your last order
- Activities are now called Campaigns – Campaigns on the new site were called Activities in the old site. This is because soon your group will identify a goal, target and duration for each Campaign so everyone can see how the group is trending to target.
- Supporting – unlike the old site, on the new site you can only support one Activity/Campaign per order
>> Tracking:
- Modify unprocessed orders – you can now modify or cancel unprocessed orders
- Re-place a previous order – now you can place any of your previous orders with one click
- New Account Reports, including detailed earnings reports, account statements and order histories
- New Message Center –communicate with your supporters in a way that doesn’t depend on email, which can be blocked by spam filters and never make it to your supporters.

- JavaScript Required – JavaScript must be enabled in your browser – please note that many office computers by default have JavaScript disabled; and so those supporters will be unable to use the site
- Screen Resolution – For the best experience, we recommend a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, which includes pretty much any computer manufactured in the last five years (but can still be used at any resolution)
- Hi-Speed Internet – For the best experience, we recommend accessing the site using a hi-speed internet connection because the new site contains many images making pages “heavier” than the old site. Of course, the site will still work with a dial-up connection, if that’s all you have. But pages will likely take longer to load

- Video Tutorials – watch videos to see how to get the most out of the site
- Direct Link to MemberCare – in the Message Center, there is a “Contact MemberCare” feature that instantly creates a customer service case for your issue – and responses will be sent right back to you.
