FundScrip Supports 5 Amazing Groups
FundScrip groups work so hard to raise funds and this hard work is not left unnoticed. We are so proud to be part of their successful stories and wonderful accomplishments. Today, we would like to feature 5 of them to show our support!
1. Port Union Cares
Located in Ontario, Port Union Cares (PUC) is one of many private sponsorship groups in Canada formed in response to the displacement of Syrians. Their ethos is simple: do what you can, when you can, to the best of your ability. They've almost made it to half of their goal! Go PUC, the glass is half full!
2. Woodlawn United Church
Located in Nova Scotia, Woodlawn United Church has been serving God since 1884. They are the "Church on the corner" that strives to be a central part of the community. Their mission is: "Kindling, strengthening and renewing the Spiritual Life in Jesus Christ." Amen!
3. Venture Heights Elementary
Located in Saskatchewan, Venture Heights Elementary (VHE) is a school for students from pre-kindergarden to grade eight. They are raising funds to cover percussion equipment cost for their concert band. Also, they reward the top 3 gift card sellers of their FundScrip group! Rock on, VHE!
4. Peace Christian School Parent Committee
Located in British Columbia, Peace Christian School provides a Christ-centred environment focused on the development of the whole child. They offer various program and extra-curricular opportunities. Let Us Pray!
5. Diabète Estrie
Located in Quebec, Diabète Estrie is a regional non-profit organization affiliated with Diabetes Québec that strives to facilitate the daily life of people with diabetes so that they have access to a better quality of life. Together we shall overcome diabetes!
