Thanks to their FundScrip Fundraising Campaign, getting around town just got a lot easier for Community Living Sarnia-Lambton

Today, we are thrilled to share this message from Warren Robertson, Director of Residential Services at Community Living Sarnia–Lambton (CLSL) in Ontario.

"Community Living Sarnia–Lambton (CLSL) began using FundScrip cards in 2009, just prior to Christmas. We are a charitable not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of support services for people who have an intellectual or developmental disability and for their families. From the onset we made it known that all proceeds will go towards the purchase of vans and accessible vehicles for our programs and the people we support.
By May, 2015, we are thrilled to have raised a total of $40,000. With these proceeds, CLSL purchased a van for one of its group living homes. The residents of this home have benefited immensely every day, allowing them increased opportunities to go on day trips, vacations and everyday outings into the community. Currently, CLSL is in the process of purchasing an additional accessible vehicle.

It has been a pleasure to deal with FundScrip and it is a pleasure to share this testimonial. I would invite other non-for-profit agencies to partner with FundScrip.
