At FundScrip we’re here to help you make the most out of your fundraising campaigns. That’s why we’ve prepared a list of 4 convenient and easy-to-use tools to help you get more supporters to make your campaign a success.

Invite Supporters Tool

As a group administrator, one of the things you want to focus the most on is finding new supporters. For this purpose, you can use the Invite Supporters Tool to connect with potential supporters.

You just have to input the emails of your potential supporters, click send and the system sends the invitation message for you!

Invitation letter

You can also send a PDF letter by email or other digital communication to invite new supporters. You have the choice between two options, depending on how your group is configured.

For campaigns where administrators place group orders:

For campaigns where supporters place their own orders:

Make sure to fill out the PDF digitally with the relevant campaign info before you send to supporters!

Posters

Another great way to bring awareness to your campaign is to visually display the progress you’ve already made. That’s why we’ve created a downloadable and printable FundScrip poster.

Print out the FundScrip poster and fill in the fundraising progress thermometer as you raise funds, and show people the work your group has done.

Tip: the poster is great video conference backgrounds!

Campaign pages

We created the Public Campaign Pages feature where you can easily create a page for your campaign. You can add a picture of your group, write your story and your cause, showcase the reasons why you are raising funds and who the money will benefit, etc. Check out our previous article: 5 Unique Campaign Pages.

We hope that this gives you a better idea of the tools that we offer to help you get more supporters for your fundraising campaign, and don’t hesitate if you have any questions, we are here to help you!
