3 Creative Ways to Give Gift Cards

Gift cards are great to give and to receive, but sometimes it's nice to spice up how they are wrapped and presented. Be creative and add some excitement to your plastic gift cards and eGift cards!

Christmas Gift Card Holder

You can either buy them, or make them. We have participating retailers who offer gift card holders (click here for Staples), and we've prepared some that are Christmas-themed that you can quickly make. They're both super simple and fun.

1. Download the Gift Card Holder Template.

2. Print it on thick or photo paper.

3. Cut it and fold it following the grey lines.

4. Add glue or tape to secure it.

5. And voilà, a great gift card holder for all your FundScrip cards!

If you make one of these at home, please share the result with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with @FundScrip !

Mason Jar

Mason jars are useful in so many ways, but you probably haven't thought of this one: offer your gift cards in a mason jar! It's fun, it's unique and it's easy to prepare. All you have to do is get a mason jar that fits one or several gift cards that you'll put inside. Decorating and filling it up is optional, but more exciting! You can put confetti, candies, chocolate or anything else that the recipient likes.

Christmas Stocking

Not only are Christmas Stockings cute as home decorations, but they're also super fun to prepare and receive. Not only that, you don't have to wrap the goodies, you can simply fill everything up with stocking stuffers and gift cards! You can find sweet treats and gifts under $3 at Walmart, click here to shop them.
