How to Get Organized & Have a Successful Fundraising Campaign
Running a fundraising campaign can take time and effort, but one of the main things that sets those who succeed apart is organization. Being organized is a key factor in making sure your FundScrip campaign runs smoothly and your supporters keep ordering. Here are a few organization tools to help you achieve your fundraising goals:
Monthly calendar: In the last administrator newsletter, we introduced a new tool to help our admins; our Monthly Calendar. Print out a copy of the calendar and write all your order dates and deadlines. You can also send it to your supporters or print out copies to display in your school or your church.
Emails: For those of you who don’t see your supporters in person, emails can be a very powerful tool! Writing a reminder email a few days before your ordering deadline can help you make sure your supporters place their orders on time!
Social media: We recently wrote about how social medias can help you get supporters, but it can also help you connect with your existing supporters. Share promotions, upcoming events and your progress to help them feel included!
