If you don’t have much time to raise money, an event based fundraiser is ideal. It requires more organization and effort, but a fairly large amount of funds can be raised quickly. The event could be a dinner, a night out, or an activity. It consists of bringing together a group of supporters who pay a certain amount of money to attend the event in question. The ticket price should be set so that the amount raised through sales is more than the cost of the event, thus ensuring money is raised for the cause or group.
