Depending on the retailer, you then redeem the eGift Card in-store or online (or both)

Present your eGift Card printout to the cashier, or show it on your mobile phone

Enter the gift card number on the retailer's website, or click the link on the eGift Card page

- Where do I find eGift Cards to purchase on the ordering site?
- View the eGift category in the supporter ordering site. When available, the 'eGift' option will be displayed in-line with the plastic cards listed in the Buy Cards section.
- Can I buy eGift Cards and plastic gift cards in the same order?
- If you want to buy both types of cards, you need to place separate orders for eGift and plastic gift cards.
- Can I buy multiple eGift Cards in the same order?
- Yes, you will receive the links to each eGift Card, usually in the same email.
- What are the supported payment types for eGift Cards?
- • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- • Credit Card
- • Online Bill Payment
- How does it work when I purchase an eGift Card with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?
- When paying by EFT, eGift Card orders will be delivered on the next available FundScrip processing date. FundScrip currently processes orders five days a week, Monday through Friday, at 9:30 AM ET.
- How long does it take to receive an eGift Card?
- You will receive the link to your eGift card by email within 30 minutes of confirmation of payment.
- How do I access my previously purchased eGift Cards?
- You can access your eGift Cards using the link in the email sent to you after your order's payment was confirmed, or login and click the "Wallet" menu item.
- How can I share an eGift Card?
- See our blog post about how to share an eGift Card.
- What happens if I lose my eGift Card?
- Please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you. In general, all eGift Card sales are final; and so there are no refunds or returns with eGift cards.
