6 FundScrip Features to Succeed and Grow Your Fundraising Campaign

Here are 6 FundScrip features to help you share and connect with your group to make your campaign a success:

1. Create an Online Community

A few weeks ago, we talked about how to motivate and engage your supporters. As mentioned, one of the best ways to communicate is to create an online community. When it comes to spreading information quickly, social media is the nerve of war today. In order to get the most out of it, you must have quality content that is easily shareable.

2. Invite Supporters Tool

As a group administrator, the most difficult part of running a successful group is to find new supporters, so why not use the handy Invite Supporters Tool to connect with potential supporters? Simply input a user’s email address, click “Send”, and the system takes care of the rest. If you’re a group administrator of a group where supporters order for themselves, simply login to your administration site and visit Community > Invite Supporters and follow the instructions.

3. Invitation Letters and Brochures (PDF)

If you’d prefer to invite people in person, or with a printed letter, you can take advantage of our Invitation Letters and Brochures. Simply download the brochure or letter, input your group’s information (if necessary), and print or send as an attachment.

4. Display a FundScrip Poster

Also, in our group site library, there are a lot of documents that you can share with your supporters to make their life and your life easier. 5. Embed a FundScrip Banner on Your Website

Another way to get the word out as a group administrator is to embed a FundScrip banner on your website. Login to the group administration site, visit the library, and look for the FundScrip Banner Embed Code.

6. Share Your Group’s Invitation Code

Although most of these suggestions have been for group administrators, supporters can also do their part to spread the word. If you’re a supporter, login and visit the campaign section, find the group you’re supporting and click “Share”. From there you can share your fundraising campaign’s sign up link on social media, email, or print out order forms to pass around to your friends and family.
